Product Features & Benefits
No other compression device protects like the Squeezer™Klip because the design is based entirely upon the anatomy of the penis and the need to maintain critical blood flow within it.
The foam covered ridge on the lower arm of the Klip presses up against the penis and easily closes the urethra, stopping urine flow. Under the centreline of the top surface of the penis are four delicate veins, arteries and two nerves we call the “central vascular group.” As the lower arm presses upward, the top arm presses downward with equal pressure.
The foam lined “double bumps” under the top arm straddle the central vascular group and press down and inward onto the penis. Because the central vascular group has not been compressed, it continues to supply nourishing blood to the penis. The result is remarkable comfort and urine flow control.
The fine adjustment screw achieves an exact and reproducible spacing (pressure) every time the Klip is installed and replaced following urination. Because of the very fine thread on our pressure adjustment screw, we are four times more precise with a single turn of our fine adjustment knob than the other clamps are with their 1/8" ratchet mechanism. The adjustment knob achieves an exact and reproducible spacing (pressure) every time the Klip is used, allowing you to select just the “right pressure” you need.
With the other clamps there is no way to achieve absolutely reproducible pressure when you install and/or replace their clamps following urination. It is as if you are “searching for the right pressure” every time you put them on! Sometimes they leak, generally they hurt and you never know which way it will be. When you have the reliability of the Squeezer™Klip there is no longer a problem with leakage or comfort.
